In a small English village bordering a magical and inaccessible territory, young Tristan sets out on a quest for a star that has fallen from the sky in order to win the heart of Victoria. His journey, a true odyssey, takes him to a mysterious land, where he finds the star, which has turned into the beautiful Yvaine. But others are also searching for the star: the four sons of the King and the ghosts of their three dead brothers, who need it to claim the throne; and also Lamia, a wicked witch who desires it to regain her youth. Tristan will have to fight against all of them.
